The Job
This is a key leadership role overseeing the full digital marketing function across paid campaigns, SEO, content, and reporting. You’ll lead a capable in‑house team, guide strategy, and stay close to campaign performance, helping the agency continue to lift results and build capability across every touchpoint. You’ll also be part of the internal leadership team, contributing to planning days and offsite sessions that shape business priorities and client outcomes. This role offers the chance to lead with both structure and freedom, bringing your valued ideas to the table, driving quality execution, and helping shape what ‘great’ looks like for digital across the business. A strong client communication lens is essential in this role. You’ll be the primary point of contact for marketing clients, taking the lead on conversations, updates, performance insights, and check–ins. You’ll be the person who picks up the phone when others hesitate, closes the loop where others assume, and ensures clients always feel informed, supported, and confident in delivery. You’ll also keep the internal lines of communication strong, bridging conversations between support team members and resolving gaps before they become issues. Clarity, consistency, and accountability are core expectations in how this role shows up day‑to‑day. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a trusted partner in maintaining the agency’s strong reputation for reliability and results.
