The opportunity:
A position exists for an experienced Service Administrator to join the team in our Townsville branch. This is a great opportunity with a large, stable and reputable organisation.
Job details:
* Respond to customer enquiries and prioritise service response.
* Provide client Estimates/Quotations as advised by the Service Department.
* Follow-up on outstanding service-related issues with Customers and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with internal departments to coordinate field service priorities.
* Coordinate Field Service work allocation and parts support
* Maintain Job Allocation Schedule and Field Service on-call register.
* Manage Field Service Leave Roster.
* Data entry and processing job orders
* Manage Filed Service Work in Progress
* Processing of Field Service invoices and COD Customers
* Warranty claim processing
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an individual who has exceptional communication skills, is highly focused on attention to detail, and who can provide excellent Customer Service Support to our clients in a competitive retail market. You should have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure at a fast pace within a close team environment
Following skills are advantageous:
* Mechanical knowledge in earthmoving equipment is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Computer skills in Microsoft and ability to learn our mainframe system quickly
