**Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for a change? Have a passion for variety and excellent customer service?**
**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to:
- Understanding the client's business and requirements in order to recruit the right people for their business
- Taking detailed job briefs
- Team Leader, Supervisor and Management liaison
- Filling of job orders
- Inductions of new starters
- Conducting regular Tool Box Talks
- Managing attendance issues
- Database Management
- After hours responsibilities
- Assisting Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices with recruitment tasks
- Adhoc duties as required
**About you**:
- Maturity to make decisions on-the-fly
- A high level of attention to detail and a genuine passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders across multiple levels
- Able to work autonomously, enthusiastic with a dynamic personality and a high desire to achieve results
- Has excellent presentation
- Good sense of humour and the ability to get the job done
- Own vehicle and drivers license
- Previous recruitment experience preferred
