The Rural Generalist Program is a unique chance for new graduate physiotherapists to gain diverse clinical experience while living and working in rural communities.
As part of this two-year program, you will work across various clinical settings, from acute hospital care to community and outreach services. This will allow you to build upon your knowledge and experiences, becoming a true generalist with sought-after clinical skills.
Regular clinical supervision and mentoring opportunities, dedicated time for professional development, and the chance to implement a Quality Improvement Project are just some of the benefits of this program.
You will be supported by experienced allied health teams for your professional development and have ongoing catch-ups with the Program Coordinator.

* Current Authority to Practice with AHPRA is essential.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW is also required.
