 
        
        Accounts Clerk Needed, Ballarat Based Role, $70,000+ Super, Monday to Friday, Full Time

Hays Recruitment Ballarat have partnered with a local electrical contractor looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team on a Full Time Basis
**Your new role**
As an experienced Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day duties:
- Invoicing Clients 
- HR Documentation - Preparing current onboarding documents, Scanning, Filing. 
- Receipting on supplier bills in simPRO 
- Enter overheads in Xero. 
- Bank rec 
- Upload payables to folders in the drive for approval 
- Pay payables when approved. 
- Prepare and process Payroll. 
- Lodge Super 
- Lodge STP finalisation at year-end 
- Review file for BAS lodgement 
- Send documentation to accountants. 
- Lodge Workers comp annual declaration. 
- Lodge Coinvest quarterly declarations 
- Lodge annual payroll tax 
- Training Matrix 
- Prepare Reporting as required.
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Ideally 2 Plus years experience in a similar role 
- Exceptional time management and able to solve problems 
- Professional written and oral communication skills 
- Outstanding attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy 
- Computer software skills, ideally including SimPRO and Xero 
- Excellent organisational and management skills
