We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our operations and ensure effective management of contractual processes. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare, draft and administer contracts, agreements and related documentation in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
* Review, interpret and analyse contract terms and conditions to ensure accuracy, compliance and risk mitigation.
* Negotiate contract variations and amendments with clients, vendors and service providers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract registers, records and documentation systems.
* Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables and key deadlines to ensure compliance and performance.
* Liaise with property managers, sales agents, legal advisors and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
* Identify contractual risks and provide advice and recommendations to senior management.
* Respond to contract-related enquiries and resolve disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Prepare reports, submissions and summaries on contractual performance and compliance outcomes.
* Coordinate contract execution, renewal and close-out processes in line with company procedures.
* Ensure all property sales, leasing and service agreements align with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Support procurement and vendor management activities through effective contract administration.
Skills and Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge of contract law principles, commercial agreements and relevant Australian property and business legislation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex contractual terms and assess risk.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate, liaise and coordinate with clients, agents and stakeholders.
* High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines and compliance requirements simultaneously.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law or a related field, and/or at least 1 year of relevant contract administration experience as per ANZSCO requirements.
