Your Role
* Lead by example – support and motivate your team to deliver consistently high standards
* Coach and develop – identify opportunities to build capability and support team growth
* Drive operational excellence – ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management and store presentation
* Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing stock and minimising waste
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences – create a welcoming environment and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Koko Black brand
Who You Are
You are a capable and people-focused leader with a passion for retail and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
* Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership or supervisory role
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
* A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
* Results-driven with the ability to balance operational and commercial priorities
* Proactive, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
