Corporate Legal Leadership Role
The TAC seeks an experienced Corporate Legal Manager to lead a team of solicitors and guide the organization's Corporate Legal function.
About this Key Leadership Position:
This key leadership position is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of solicitors, managing commercial, non-litigated, and strategically significant litigated commercial matters, providing practical legal advice that supports the organization's strategic objectives and transformation agenda.
You will oversee the delegations and authorizations framework, ensuring ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and play a key role in identifying and implementing improvements that lift the effectiveness and impact of the function.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced people leader with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing legal team. You will have a strong track record of managing complex legal matters across both operational and strategic levels, and be able to provide clear, practical, and aligned legal advice.
You will also be collaborative, skilled in building strong internal relationships, and take a pragmatic approach, knowing when to support, guide or empower stakeholders to own their responsibilities.
