We're seeking anEmployer Brand Lead to shape, elevate and actively manage our employer brand across ANZ and global talent markets. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for bringing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life and positioning VetPartners as an employer of choice in a highly competitive global talent landscape.
Reporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition and working closely with Marketing, Operations and Clinical Leaders, the Employer Brand Lead will sit at the intersection of brand and talent strategy.
You'll lead the development and execution of employer branding initiatives that attract, engage and convert high-quality veterinary and support talent through compelling storytelling, digital campaigns, market positioning and exceptional candidate experiences.
EVP, Employer Brand & Global Attraction
Lead the evolution, governance and consistent activation of VetPartners' EVP across all markets and candidate touchpoints
Design and deliver multi-market employer brand and talent attraction campaigns across ANZ, UK, Europe and North America
Partner with Marketing and agencies to optimise digital, geo-targeted and clinic-specific campaigns and grow presence across job boards, social platforms and veterinary communities
Recruitment Marketing, Digital Experience & Content
Own recruitment marketing partners, job boards and key employer brand initiatives including careers site optimisation, global campaigns and martech integrations
Own the end-to-end candidate journey across careers websites, landing pages, CRM and nurture campaigns
Develop compelling employer brand content including employee stories, video and leadership profiles
Enablement, Programs & Insights
Establish best-practice frameworks, toolkits and guidelines for TA and hiring leaders
Drive referrals, alumni engagement and support early careers and industry events
Track performance, ROI and funnel conversion, providing insights to continuously optimise and benchmark against best practice
About You
You are a strategic employer branding or recruitment marketing professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking. You're confident leading multi-market campaigns, influencing senior stakeholders and operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or brand roles (multi-market experience highly regarded)
* Proven success delivering large-scale campaigns with measurable outcomes
* Strong analytical capability across marketing, ATS and CRM platforms
* Excellent storytelling, content and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience managing agencies, job boards and external partners
* The confidence to represent VetPartners externally as a credible employer brand ambassador
* Experience within healthcare, veterinary or other multi-site service environments is highly advantageous
