Job Description
The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare fresh and delicious food with a focus on quality and safety.
2. Problem solve and weigh ingredients with accuracy.
3. Utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for guests.
4. Collaborate with team to deliver fast, friendly service.
Qualifications
5. Kitchen experience is great but not essential
6. Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
7. 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon
8. Able to start work at 5am and/or finish work between 10pm and 1am
