Job Summary
This is a part-time job-share role (3 days per week each) with the option to work from home or office. The successful candidate will support finance, data and office functions in a flexible, disability-inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support:
o Payroll, invoicing, purchase orders and bills management
o DEX data entry and reporting for projects
o Data entry and client records management
* Event and Program Administration:
o Website updates
o Maintenance of training and events calendars
o Promotional materials creation
* General Office Support:
o Office administration
o Supplies management
o WHS reporting
o Support to staff and volunteers
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, detail-orientation and be able to balance competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases is also required, as well as comfort in learning new online systems.
