About the Role
As a Manager in our advisory division, you will provide accounting solutions and ensure value-added services to clients.
You'll be responsible for meeting team productivity goals and have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.
The role involves reviewing financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and other software. You will also prepare complex reports and review management accounts, cash flow reports, and annual financial reports across various structures and industries.
Lead & mentor staff, championing expectations for productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and other software
* Preparing complex reports
* Reviewing BAS returns and financial statements
* Review of management accounts, cash flow reports, and annual financial reports
* Review of team invoicing and management against budget
About You
Ideally, you will be a tertiary qualified Accountant with experience in public practice accounting. You might be an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step or an established Manager seeking a dynamic team culture.
You'll be a confident communicator, good team player, and driven to deliver results and enhance your career.
Experience using Xero, MYOB, and Reckon APS is advantageous.
