Store Leadership Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store ensuring a positive customer experience
* Monitor store conditions, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
* Develop strategies to maximise sales and profit through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing
* Foster community relationships, identifying opportunities for events and projects
Requirements:
* Proven leadership ability with a focus on driving teams of over 50
* Previous experience in retail management or multi-site leadership
* A friendly and consultative approach when working with colleagues
* A proven track record of building customer-focused teams
* Experience in coaching and developing others
* Ability to manage budgets and drive profit growth
* Flexibility to work varied rosters, including public holidays and weekends
