What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the operational hub supporting the Centre Manager across daily asset performance
* Coordinate and analyse tenant sales turnover, contributing to commercial insights
* Support leasing and financial processes including arrears management and rent reviews
* Prepare high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting
* Oversee repairs & maintenance workflows, liaising with contractors and managing compliance
* Manage tenant documentation including insurance and tenancy schedules
* Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and key stakeholders
* Be the first point of contact for customer, tenant, and contractor enquiries
* Assist in budgeting cycles and financial year planning
* Drive efficiency across administrative and operational processes
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within property, retail, or asset management
* Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
* Confident across Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing approach
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, self-driven, and confident working autonomously
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple touchpoints
* NSW Driver's Licence
* Exposure to MRI, Cirrus8 or similar systems (advantageous)
* Real estate certification (desirable)
