We’re partnering with a leading not‑for‑profit to recruit an IT Business Analyst who will be the key conduit between business objectives and technology delivery. You’ll investigate and analyse business systems, document technical and functional requirements, and help shape quality solutions across digital and ICT projects - from build and testing through to deployment Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders across multiple business streams to investigate, analyse, and document systems and requirements. Translate complex needs into clear technical specifications, data models, and source‑to‑target field mapping. Design and support integrations using modern methodologies and platforms to enable seamless data exchange and process automation. Contribute to solution build quality, including unit and system testing, ensuring alignment to strategic goals. Collaborate with technical teams across Digital and ICT programs to drive successful project delivery. About You: 5 years’ experience in a technology‑focused BA role, with tertiary qualifications in a related ICT field. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills; confident working across business and technical stakeholders. Proficient in data modelling and documentation of data structures, relationships, flows, and mapping. Hands‑on with integration platforms and Microsoft ecosystem: Workato, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, plus SQL Server/Azure Data Studio; proven ability to write SQL queries. Familiar with low‑code/no‑code development; experienced gathering requirements across multiple teams. Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/Fundraising & Engagement) highly preferable.
