The Role
* Manage detailed tender assessments, reviewing SOWs, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and logistical requirements.
* Develop precise BoQs capturing all remedial items.
* Manage end-to-end tendering, ensuring technical compliance and commercial protection.
* Plan site logistics for restricted sites to ensure cost-efficient operations.
* Resolve conflicts between scopes and drawings, issuing RFIs.
* Utilize advanced software tools to prepare accurate costings and tender submissions.
* Liaise with the Lead Senior Estimator and Junior Estimators throughout the estimating process to support the achievement of the company's sales goals.
Requirements
* 4+ years in remedial estimating, including façade repairs, waterproofing, concrete remediation, and cladding.
* Strong understanding of the Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA) and relevant Australian Standards.
* Experience liaising with consultants, strata managers, and engineers to clarify RFIs and project constraints.
* Knowledge of material specifications and competitive pricing strategies.
* Skilled in sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors to deliver competitive and compliant tenders.
