Capability Specialist - Risk and Compliance
BOQ Group seeks a Capability Specialist to develop strategic and compliance capabilities across our workforce.
The role involves consulting with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define learning outcomes, and design effective learning experiences.
This includes designing, building, delivering, and monitoring learning curricula, courses, and on-the-job support tools to enable staff to adapt to changes in processes, systems, and behaviors.
You will investigate training needs and create engaging learning experiences, including digital and instructor-led training, system walkthroughs, and practical support tools.
About You
We are looking for someone who understands training needs analysis and identifies impactful learning moments.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Designing diverse learning experiences
* Proficiency in Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and digital video editing
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and web development
