**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinates all project resources, meetings, payment records, key milestones, communications, and documentation to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project goals.
2. Develops and implements plans and frameworks to organize, delegate, and monitor tasks within programs or projects, ensuring efficient workflow and accountability.
3. Collaborates with professionals, clients, and senior management to ensure deadlines, compliance requirements, and project objectives are met.
4. Provides strategic advice to senior management on critical issues requiring attention and ensures the implementation of decisions.
5. Oversees contractor activities, monitors work order variations, and reports on progress and compliance.
6. Prepares and reviews submissions and reports related to organizational activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
7. Collects, analyzes, and interprets project data, providing detailed reports on outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
8. Facilitates risk management by identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- At least hold a minimum of a Diploma degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Ideally have experience involving in the governmental project.
- experience in the construction industry is not essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferable

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
