Description
The Employee’s specific duties are as expected for the Position, including all the administrative functions relating to the Position.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ASX200, focusing on both Company Registry and Employee Share Plan services
- Qualify, generate, and manage leads through the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting to close
- Maintain expert knowledge of the registry, share plan, and corporate governance landscape to inform client conversations and positioning
- Collaborate with marketing to build brand visibility, shape campaigns and events, and develop tailored proposals and pitch material
- Prepare commercial proposals and contracts, including pricing strategy alignment, drafting, and review
- Analyse data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, inform strategy, and refine targeting
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, to drive commercial outcomes
- Contribute to revenue targets by delivering high-quality client acquisition and retention strategies
- Provide strategic input into business development plans and continuously improve the sales process (including HubSpot)
Skills And Experiences
Demonstrated Capabilities
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Employee Share Plans.
- Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies and plans for a B2B company.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Employee Share Plans to potential clients.
- Analytical skills to undertake data analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Experience in managing sales pipelines, including contracts and pricing.
- Commercial acumen and ability to align pricing and business objectives.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
