**How will I help?**
As the Partnership and Referrer Manager with RAMS, you will be responsible for supporting all franchisees that come through referrals with onboarding, regulations, and interactions.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Owning the end-to-end onboarding process for the referrer process, and answering all referral questions prior to submission of onboarding
- Conducting Annual Reviews by liaising with Franchisees to uncover missing additional information, and collating findings to present to the Leadership Team
- Providing referral training for "New to Business Franchisees"
- Putting together referral sales presentation network packs
- Building framework on referral network nationally following RAMS' philosophy
- Reviewing and updating Network Commercial Referrer Agreements as required
- Managing the referral inbox daily

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role, you will need experience managing Franchisees ideally within the Financial sector. You will also need to be confident with managing stakeholder expectations and nurturing professional relationships/ partnerships. This role would be ideal for somebody who has experience as a Business Development Manager.
