Strategic Partnership Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving strong partnerships and innovative media solutions for clients. They will possess 6+ years of experience in media, advertising, or integrated agency environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and shape the execution of new business pitches and opportunities.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media through excellent relationship management skills.
* Lead a team across client service and media planning, mentoring and developing talent to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Ensure effective resourcing, workflow, and performance management to deliver against key performance indicators.
* Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
* Manage financial aspects including forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Creative to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in media, advertising, or integrated agency environments.
* Proven ability to manage complex accounts.
* Strong strategic planning skills across traditional and digital channels.
* Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks to deliver on deadlines and maximise productivity.
