About the opportunity
We're looking for a Workplace Transformation Program Manager to support the delivery of a major interior workplace fit out project.
During this 12 month fixed term contract you'll act as the connector between our internal teams and external consultants - helping maintain programme momentum, managing documentation, and surfacing key decisions, risks and dependencies early.
You'll work closely with the Client‐Side Program Manager and Construction Project Manager to ensure deliverables are aligned, governance is upheld, and all internal streams (Change, Comms, Technology, Operations, ESG) move forward cohesively.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate consultants and design workflows — tracking deliverables, managing information flow, and supporting design workshops and meetings.
* Manage the program and key deliverables — maintaining the internal program, monitoring dependencies, risks and critical dates, and proactively flagging impacts.
* Oversee documentation and reporting — keeping action, risk and decision logs up to date and assisting with weekly and monthly reporting.
* Support internal stakeholder engagement — preparing summaries and briefing materials and ensuring follow‐through on meeting actions.
* Assist with finance and commercial tracking — monitoring invoices, spend and QS estimates, and supporting Work Orders and incentive claims.
You'll work with a high‐performing team of project leaders, consultants and SMEs to help deliver one of our key workplace transformation programs.
Your point of difference: What you'll bring
* 1–3 years in client‐side Program Management or Transformation Management.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisation, planning and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and workstreams.
* Experience on commercial workplace or interior fitout projects.
* Understanding of compliance (BCA, fire engineering, Green Star, WELL).
* Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project or Aconex.
* Ability to prepare dashboards, reports and meeting packs.
