The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Pizza Chef who takes pride in traditional methods, quality ingredients, and producing consistently outstanding pizzas in a busy, high-profile environment.
Our pizza program is built on craftsmanship and tradition:
2–3 day fermented dough
Premium Italian "00" flour
Hand-stretched bases
Cooked the traditional way on 450°C stone
High-quality, sustainable ingredients with a strong focus on local produce
