Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers and clients to provide top-notch customer service.
* Enter timesheets, supplier information and new jobs into our company software to ensure seamless data management.
* Data entry of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
* Maintain manual filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
* Organize supplier invoices to facilitate smooth payment processing.
* Process sales orders and enter purchase orders to support efficient operations.
* Assist with sales activities such as brochure production and field day bookings to drive business growth.
