Job Description
As a Certified Practising Valuer in rural settings, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, researching sales data and preparing reports that adhere to relevant legislation and professional standards.
The role involves leveraging our proprietary property software and systems to maximise time spent in the field and enhance data capture. Our team has a significant workload in the rural sector, offering an excellent opportunity to take on existing responsibilities.
Our team is supported by highly skilled Agri-specific valuation assistants, further enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
* A strong focus on client satisfaction and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential requirements.
* Applicants should hold a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
* CPV status is mandatory.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
* Candidates must demonstrate their expertise in rural valuation and advisory services.
* Excellent attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills are necessary.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a harmonious team environment.
