Delaware North Australia is recruiting experienced and professional team members to join our Back of House teams across our Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Marvel Stadium sites. With an exciting calendar ahead, starting with the AFL 2026 season, we're seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in premium service environments.
Our Back of House teams play a vital role in delivering a seamless guest experience, working across stock management, cellars, logistics, and service support to ensure our front‑line operations run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of world‑class events, contribute to exceptional service from behind the scenes, and continue building your hospitality career on one of the biggest stages in the country.
Positions available:
* Storesperson (managing stock and deliveries)
* Runner (delivering goods around the stadium)
* Cellarsman (working with kegs and pipes throughout the stadium)
Interviews will be held the weeks of 26th January and 2nd February, with induction days in late February and early March, so availability during these periods is essential.

What will you do?
* Manage stock and deliveries with accuracy and attention to detail to support smooth operations
* Assist with setup, logistics, and upkeep of storerooms, cellars, and service areas behind the scenes
* Handle and maintain equipment and supplies (including kegs, pipes, and inventory systems) to ensure consistent service flow
* Work collaboratively with BOH teams to deliver seamless support that enables exceptional guest experiences out front
More About You
* Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol
* Food Safety Certificate
* Proven experience in BOH areas
* Availability to work throughout the AFL season and beyond, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules
