The Opportunity
This is a Business Development & Account Management role focused on both winning new business and growing existing relationships.
You'll be:
* Engaging with businesses and decision-makers
* Managing existing and past client relationships
* Identifying opportunities to expand and improve customer outcomes
* Delivering ongoing value through a structured, strategic approach
You'll also be supported by your own dedicated assistant, allowing you to stay focused on high-value activity.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients
* Develop new business opportunities and convert them
* Strengthen relationships with existing and past customers
* Identify and present additional services that deliver value
* Guide customers through smarter energy strategies
* Maintain strong pipeline activity and accurate CRM reportingWork closely with your assistant and internal team to execute efficiently

What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong communication and relationship-building ability
* A solutions-based approach to selling
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working toward targets
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
Technical Capability
* Experience using CRM systems and pipelines
* Strong Excel and reporting skills
* Comfortable with technology, with exposure to or willingness to learn AI tools
