* As a Ward Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the inpatient units within our Mental Health Department.
* Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, printing and completing reports from various databases, as well as labelling and scanning client documentation into electronic systems.
* Additionally, you may be required to participate in the orientation and training of new staff members.
* You will also be responsible for answering telephones and providing courteous responses to callers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients, staff and other stakeholders on a daily basis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is also highly desirable.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is necessary to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also crucial.
