Pharmacy Manager (Hospital, Oncology, Corrections)

About the Role
HPS is seeking a highly capable Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at our Alexander Avenue site, overseeing a diverse and complex service encompassing oncology compounding/services, private hospital services, correctional services and distribution services.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing site performance, maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient pharmacy service delivery across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all site operations across clinical and operational services
* Manage relationships with all clients (hospital, oncology, corrections)
* Provide leadership and direction to the in-charges/leads
* Drive staff performance, engagement, and development
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks
* Identify and implement service improvement and growth opportunities
About You
* AHPRA-registered Pharmacist
* Proven experience leading teams in complex pharmacy environments
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
* Ability to lead across multiple service streams and priorities
* Commercial awareness with focus on sustainable service delivery
