Opportunity

Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll support the smooth running of day-to-day activities, provide reliable administrative and customer service support, and contribute to a positive team environment. We're looking for someone with a can‐do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help the team and get involved where needed. If you enjoy staying organised, taking ownership of your work, and being part of a collaborative workplace, this could be a great fit for you.

* Providing high‐quality administrative support and friendly, professional customer service
* Handling customer and internal enquiries via phone and email
* Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and matching amounts accurately
* Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
* Completing data entry and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
* Supporting finance processes in line with internal policies and timelines
* Building positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
About You

You're organised, detail‐oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team, don't mind answering the phone, and take pride in getting the details right. You're happy working in a fast‐paced environment and enjoy contributing to a team that supports a broader purpose.

What You'll Bring
* Experience in an administrative role with exposure to invoicing or finance‐related tasks advantageous
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers
* Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer‐focused approach
