The Opportunities
We Have Two Roles Available
One full-time permanent position
One 12-month fixed-term position
In these roles, you'll support the smooth running of day-to-day activities, provide reliable administrative and customer service support, and contribute to a positive team environment. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help the team and get involved where needed. If you enjoy staying organised, taking ownership of your work, and being part of a collaborative workplace, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing high-quality administrative support and friendly, professional customer service
Handling customer and internal enquiries via phone and email
Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and matching amounts accurately
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
Completing data entry and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Supporting finance processes in line with internal policies and timelines
Building positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
About You
You're organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team, don't mind answering the phone, and take pride in getting the details right. You're happy working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a team that supports a broader purpose.
What You'll Bring
Experience in an administrative role with exposure to invoicing or finance-related tasks advantageous
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers
Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach
