We're seeking a talented Influencer Campaign Executive to join our growing team and work closely with our Head of Influencer Marketing. This is your chance to leverage your 2+ years of experience to play a vital role in developing and executing high-impact influencer campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients across Australia and beyond.

Responsibilities
• Support Campaign Strategy & Development: Assist the Head of Influencer Marketing in crafting innovative influencer marketing strategies and concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry trends.
• Influencer Research & Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify and source the most relevant influencers for each campaign, considering factors like audience demographics, brand fit, and engagement rates.
• Campaign Management & Execution: Work collaboratively with the Head of Influencer Marketing to manage all aspects of influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to content creation and performance monitoring.
• Content Management & Oversight: Oversee influencer content creation, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulations.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: Assist with the implementation of comprehensive performance measurement strategies. Analyse campaign data and generate insightful reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and client ROI.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management: Support the Head of Influencer Marketing in fostering strong client relationships. Participate in client meetings, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Industry Research & Learning: Stay up-to-date on the ever-evolving influencer marketing landscape, including emerging trends, influencer platforms, and best practices.
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
•Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and tactics
•Excellent research and analytical skills to identify the right influencers for each campaign
•Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and relationship management
•Proficiency in project management tools and social media analytics platforms
•A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
•The ability to work independently while also being a team player
•A passion for social media and influencer marketing
