What will you do:
- Engagement with Senior leadership in client organization (corporate, business unit, function) through the strategic planning, and transformation management processes.
- Drive business growth and develop a new practice in the region.
- Attract, mentor and develop next-generation high-potential internal and external talent.
- Design and drive processes to drive enterprise transformation initiatives from concept to realized value.
- Build strong and productive partnerships with key stakeholders within business units and cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, execute strategic initiatives that deliver improved business performance.
- Responsible for developing initiative/program frameworks that provide clear direction on the governance and ownership of program deliverables.
- Create informative and impactful presentations that provide vision, strategic analysis and strategic thinking for senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Have progressed your career with experience in both real estate as well as facilities management in role that owns the strategy and its implementation.
- Be comfortable interacting at board level on strategic real estate matters and getting into the operational detail of the daily matters of facilities management.
- Have demonstrable experience and understanding of how the delivery of real estate, facilities and project management services are sourced, managed and evolve through internal staffing and outsourced suppliers.
- Have experience in the development and delivery of workspace programs that enable organizational and cultural change.
Here's what you need:
Experience
- Track record of successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve cross-divisional alignment.
- 15+ years of experience in a Real Estate environment where you have been in a owner / end user role or with a Full Service Real Estate practice
- 10 years in related disciplines including Real Estate management, consulting, strategic planning, program/project management, corporate strategy, financial planning, operations, corporate/commercial finance.
- 5 years or more of direct experience in consulting, strategic planning, and/or transformation management is strongly preferred
- Ability to evaluate business trends and develop and successfully implement new business programs and strategies that enhance business performance.
- Technology awareness with an eye toward the future and the ability to model forward ways of working in a world of virtual and artificial intelligence-based tools.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills; role requires considerable liaison with multiple stakeholders and maintenance of considerable internal and external relationships.
- Strong leader of people - influential, demonstrates flexibility in approach, and motivates others (who may, oftentimes, not be direct reports) to achieve desired results; ability to work in a matrix organization and make things happen without having to own all the resources; leverages shared resources to achieve results.
- Ability to consistently make decisions in a timely manner sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure; comfortable challenging organizational norms and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.
- Results oriented; delivers results under difficult conditions and demonstrates balanced judgment under pressure.
- Synthesizes data to develop strategic and operational implications that translate into action.
