We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Garment/QA Technician who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys a fast-paced environment and works well in a team workplace.
The role:
-Create tech packs for new styles including cover sheets and measurement specifications
-Prepare garments for fittings, attend fit sessions, type fit comments and send bulk graded specs to off-shore suppliers
-Measure original samples and fit samples as required
-QC check shipment samples and maintain high quality standards
-Managing and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines
-Set up Production Schedules and maintain them with any changes
-Liaise with suppliers re fit samples, Salesman samples, PP samples and Shipment samples to meet the critical path timeline
-Unpack and tag Salesman samples
-Assist in organising Salesman samples and AD samples for photoshoots
-Answer emails daily and respond to supplier questions promptly
- Support the product team with administrative needs
-Proficiency in use of Excel and Google sheets
Required Skills:
-Clear communication
-Good organisational skills
-Garment Tech, measuring, spec creation knowledge, grading knowledge minimum 1 year
-High attention to detail
