Rectify is hiring an Area Manager (Sales) in Victoria and in South Australia.
This isn't a standard sales role. You'll be working with homeowners, builders, property inspectors, real estate professionals and strata managers to help them understand real structural problems and move forward with engineered remediation solutions.
There is strong market need — and the right person will know how to build trust, explain the solution clearly and guide clients with confidence.
What you'll be doing day to day:
* Meeting clients across your Area and converting high-quality inbound enquiries into booked projects
* Explaining technical solutions in plain language that builds confidence
* Building long-term relationships from first enquiry through to project completion
* Managing your pipeline, follow-up and territory activity with discipline
* Developing the VIC or SA territory strategically as Rectify continues to grow
You'll suit this role if you have:
* Proven B2C or B2B sales experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
* The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
* Experience in construction, property, trades, technical services or remediation — advantageous, not essential
