You will be the first point of contact for customers and Sales Representatives, delivering outstanding service while managing the administration that keeps orders moving from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys structure, accountability and working closely with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
* Process customer orders end-to-end including entry, picking, posting and invoicing
* Liaise with warehouse and sales teams regarding order delays, special orders and general order issues
* Handle daily invoicing and cross-check pricing and freight before release
* Maintain accurate customer data and complete basic updates within SAP
* Raise purchase requisitions and service orders as required
* Manage low-level escalations and resolve customer concerns efficiently
* Maintain organised daily filing and documentation processes
Your Profile
Previous experience
in a phone-based customer service role
* Confident managing
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to
detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Take pride in
accuracy and getting things right the first time
* Excellent
communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal
stakeholders and customers daily
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded, and a business-related qualification is desirable.
