Finance Assistant
We're offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced and innovative Finance Assistant to join our energetic and supportive team at Thomas Scaffolding.
This role is perfect for someone who's highly organised, detail-driven, and who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support the financial and operational integrity of the business through accurate processing across accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support, and ad hoc administration tasks.

What You'll Be Doing
In this varied role, you'll work closely with our internal teams (including Project Managers and operations) to ensure our systems and records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and operational support across the following areas:
* Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Bank Reconciliations
* Payroll Support
* Superannuation processing
* Maintaining accurate Records & Documentation
* Systems & File Management: using tools like MYOB, Google Drive, Dashpivot, and CRM platforms
* General Admin Support
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong admin capability with a customer-first approach and a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
You'll ideally have:
* Experience or exposure to accounts payable/receivable and high-accuracy data entry
* Confidence using accounting/payroll systems (experience with MYOB is highly regarded)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) and general digital confidence
* Excellent organisation, time management, and ability to prioritise competing tasks
* Clear communication skills and a helpful, service-minded attitude
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve systems
