Key Responsibilities:
 * Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts for our restaurants and production kitchen.
 * Work collaboratively with the head chef to develop new dessert offerings and improve existing menu items.
 * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
 * Proven experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen.
 * Certificate III in Pastry or equivalent.
 * Demonstrated experience working in similar settings for at least 2 years.
 * Strong technical skills in pastry making with attention to detail.
 * Knowledge of the latest pastry trends and techniques.
 * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
 * Possession of exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
 * A positive attitude and customer focus.
 * Flexibility to work varied shifts.
