What You’ll Do Provide high-quality assessments and evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for clients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric caseloads. Develop individualised treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and progress documentation. Conduct functional assessments, home visits, and workplace ergonomics evaluations as required. Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, podiatrists, and allied health assistants to deliver coordinated care. Engage with families, carers, and referring practitioners to support client participation, independence, and community integration. Contribute to practice growth by participating in outreach, community education, and service development activities. Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with professional, legal, and practice standards. Who We’re Looking For Occupational Therapist with 1–2 years of clinical experience or a motivated graduate ready to grow into the role. General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required. Australian citizen or permanent resident eligibility for employment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients and team members.
