Document Controller
NES Fircroft are partnering with a major resources organisation to support a portfolio of capital and sustaining infrastructure projects.

About You
* Proven experience in project-based document control, preferably within engineering or capital projects
* Proficient in document management systems such as InEight Document or Aconex
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
* Certificate or vocational training in Records Management, Information Management, IT, or equivalent experience
* Ability to work autonomously in a structured project environment and liaise effectively with stakeholders
Job Role
* Establish and maintain the project document control system according to corporate standards
* Register, classify, distribute, and archive all engineering and project documentation
* Manage document review workflows, version control, and approval tracking
* Coordinate transmittals between Alcoa, engineering consultants, and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with project governance, naming conventions, and audit requirements
