About the team
The Real Estate practice advises many of Australia's key institutional investors, funds, developers and multinational corporations. The team is involved in major acquisitions and disposals, large-scale development projects, leasing and financing across multiple asset classes — including office, industrial, logistics, retail and residential.
About the role
An opportunity exists for an Associate (2–5 PQE) to join the Sydney office. You will work closely with senior lawyers and leading clients on significant, cross-jurisdictional real estate transactions. Responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases and agreements for lease
* Conducting due diligence and preparing reports
* Attending settlements and assisting with negotiations
* Providing strategic legal and project management advice

About you
To succeed, you will bring:
* 2–5 years' PQE in real estate law (private practice)
* Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial outlook
* Confidence managing matters and client relationships under partner guidance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
