About the Role
This role reports to the Head of Demand Planning in the UK, covering responsibilities across Australia, Japan, and South East Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the S&OP process and demand planning activities for multiple Sales Areas. Key tasks include developing a robust demand plan and outlook, identifying trends, and providing integrated understanding through analytics inputs and scenario planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly demand planning process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver a valid achievable demand plan that aligns with key stakeholders
- Maintain and improve relevant KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, finance, market development, and supply chain to drive informed decision-making
- Develop and improve the demand planning process as part of the IBP rollout
Requirements
- Strong understanding of demand planning processes and systems
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence decisions and drive results
- Relevant degree-level qualification in a numerical field, or equivalent experience and qualifications
