We're seeking an experienced Travel Industry Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of travel partners, focusing on driving sales initiatives that directly influence the profitability and growth of our expanding network.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Influence direct business behaviour through promoting preferred supplier engagement, campaign alignment, and revenue initiatives.
* Utilise your industry insight, product expertise, and relationships to expand regional reach and drive revenue growth.
* Deliver targeted coaching, operational support and data-led performance evaluations to expand capability and profitability.
* Improve business performance through targeted planning, KPI tracking, and operational enhancements.
* Promote effective use of digital platforms, providing strategies to support and drive productivity.
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 4+ years in revenue strategy or sales optimisation positions, supported by a well-established network of travel industry connections.
* Proven experience working across multiple locations, adapting sales and business plans based on market conditions.
* A strategic mindset and ability to influence, coach, and drive commercial ideas that deliver a measurable impact across our travel portfolio.
* Digitally confident, with experience supporting the usage of digital platforms or tools.
* Ability to user data driven insights to guide partner strategy, improve operational outcomes and elevate overall network performance.
