Leading the team whilst the Head Chef is away. Food preparation and presentation Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures & safe food handling practices. Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests) Management of stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking Maintaining a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils Create dishes of high quality that will nourish and delight our guests. Fast, effective service provided with a smile Assist in overseeing all kitchen employees, including training and performance development.
