Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a major campus development project in the Cairns region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
* Oversee the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Demonstrated experience leading major infrastructure projects (> $50M) through all phases.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors.
* Sound knowledge of project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
* Strong understanding of legislative requirements, including the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, and local authority regulations.
