The Admissions Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing occupancy rates and streamlining the admissions process. This position requires strong communication skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and a proactive approach to resolving queries.
* Manage the admissions process, including handling enquiries, engaging with referrers, facilitating pre-admission discussions, and generating resident agreements.
* Provide vital support to Service Managers in simplifying admissions procedures for customers.
* Collaborate with Business Development Consultants and Service Managers to identify new referring pipelines and maintain strong referrer relationships.
