**Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face and over-the-phone assistance to clients, handling everyday tasks at the clinic, performing minor repair and maintenance of hearing aids and Cochlear Implants, processing payments and claims, managing clinicians' diaries, making follow-up calls to clients, and fostering relationships with manufacturers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will require at least 12 months of experience working independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Your ability to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality is essential.
