About the Role
Based in Dubbo, this full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and brings strong parts knowledge to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
Process and track parts orders efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specs, parts systems and warranties
Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and company standards
About You
Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter (highly regarded)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, well-presented and organised
Forklift licence and valid manual driver licence desired
Willing to complete a National Police Check (company provided)
