Role and Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for a strategic and execution-focused leader to establish and lead the function of Sales Excellence & Enablement. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, you will provide day-to-day leadership of the recruitment, lead generation, and business development teams, translating high-level strategy into clear, actionable priorities. A key focus will be bringing structure, discipline, and consistency to processes, documentation, and pipeline management, while empowering teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets. You will drive accountability across a geographically dispersed workforce, fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring consistent execution. With a strong commercial focus, you will oversee recruitment campaigns, manage third-party relationships, and improve CRM performance, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities and visibility of pipeline activity. In partnership with the executive team, you will also provide market insights and intelligence, identifying new opportunities and supporting the recruitment of healthcare professionals into new and existing centres.
