💡 About the role
As our Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our growing tech business.
You’ll be responsible for keeping our financial processes running smoothly, from handling invoicing and reconciliations to supporting the month-end reporting and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, improving processes, and contributing to a fast-paced, scaling environment.

🛠 What you’ll do
* Vendor onboarding, process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the GL
* Raise and issue customer invoices, manage billing enquiries and cash collections
* Maintain accurate AR records, driven by weekly debtors reporting
* Manage expense claims and corporate credit cards
* Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
* Maintain accurate general ledger records
* BAS lodgement
* Support the wider finance team as required

🦉 Skills and experience you’ll bring
To hit the ground running in this role you’ll need at least 3 years experience working as a Finance Officer as well as:
* A qualification in accounting and bookkeeping (Cert IV or similar)
* The ability to submit BAS
* Confidence working with ERP systems and Excel
* The ability to work collaboratively with operational stakeholders
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to support a growing business
