Mo's Detailing Studio is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Detailer/Technician to join our premier team. If you specialize in high-end paint correction and professional ceramic coating application, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do: Perform multi-stage paint correction (compounding, polishing, and refining) to remove swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. Expertly prepare surfaces and apply a variety of professional-grade ceramic coatings. Execute premium interior and exterior detailing with an obsessive attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and protected workspace.
Crucially: Show a strong desire and aptitude to train and become proficient in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Vinyl Vehicle Wrapping installation.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience (minimum 2 years suggested) in professional automotive detailing, with a strong portfolio or references showcasing expertise in advanced paint correction and ceramic coating application. An impeccable eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results. Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
A "Keen to Learn" Attitude:
You must be genuinely enthusiastic and willing to put in the effort to learn high-demand services like PPF and Wrapping—we will provide the training!
